Welcome to Afili. By participating in loyalty programs offered through businesses using the Afili platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a loyalty program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the loyalty program.

2. Service Description

Afili facilitates loyalty program management between you and the participating business. We are not the provider of the rewards or goods/services purchased.

3. Your Participation

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for your account confidentiality.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.

4. Rewards and Redemptions

Rewards and points rules are determined solely by the business. Afili is not responsible for reward fulfillment.

5. Data Collection and Use

Data is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019. By participating, you consent to this processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

AFILI PROVIDES THE PLATFORM "AS IS". WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. What happens if you do not agree?

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must immediately cease using the platform and do not participate in any Afili-powered loyalty programs. Your continued use constitutes agreement.

2. Terms of Service for Business Owners

By registering your business, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

1. Role & Data Processing

Afili acts as the Data Controller, and you act as the Data Processor under our instructions.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use customer data for your own marketing without separate explicit consent, sell data, or retain data beyond the required period.

3. What happens if you do not agree?

If you do not agree to these Terms and the Data Processing Agreement, you must not complete the registration process or use the platform. Access to the platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these terms.
